Instant launch

A single transaction launches a fixed-supply token, initializes its Uniswap v4 pool and optionally buys tokens for the creator. If an included opening buy fails, the whole launch reverts. Without one, the creator receives no tokens.

Supply
10,000,000,000 tokens.
Starting FDV
1,000 USDC before the opening buy and price rounding. This is a valuation, not a quote-asset deposit.
Opening buy
Optional. If included, at least 10 USDC including Marvin’s fee, up to 5% of supply (500,000,000 tokens). Only Marvin’s 0.5% fee applies.
Liquidity
Permanently locked. No separate liquidity deposit is required.

The opening-buy cap does not limit later purchases or wallet holdings. The entered budget is a maximum spending limit; execution requires a fresh quote.

Graduation

A token graduates when it reaches 50,000 USDC FDV. This is a permanent milestone: the pool, fees and locked liquidity stay the same, even if the price later falls.

Fees and rewards

Creators set buy and sell taxes independently from 0% to 5%. Marvin charges a separate 0.5% fee. The LP fee is zero. Both hook fees use the same gross quote amount and round down to whole quote-asset atoms. Wallet transfers are free.

The current candidate passes through any Uniswap protocol fee enabled by the shared manager’s governance. Its configured rate is at most 0.1% of swap input: quote asset on buys, launched tokens on sells. It is additional to the hook fees and included in executable quotes. Internal liquidity purchases pay it from their liquidity allocation.

After the opening surcharge window, for a 100 USDC buy at the maximum 5% token tax, 5 USDC goes to the token’s allocation, 0.5 USDC to Marvin, and 94.5 USDC to the swap.

The creator freely divides token tax across three destinations, totaling 100%. Both tax rates and the allocation become permanent at launch.

Creator
Earnings credited to the payout wallet. A new recipient must accept a proposed handover.
Holders
Rewards accrue proportionally to eligible balances. Beneficiary-fixed payments and manual claims are supported by the contracts; the automatic payment service is not running.
Liquidity
Each trade’s allocation buys the token leg and adds locked liquidity within that transaction.

USDC is the initial quote asset. Future quote assets require their own admitted configuration. Creator earnings, holder rewards and liquidity belong to their recipients, not Marvin’s reserve.

Community takeover

Marvin’s admin Safe can initiate a takeover of an abandoned launch’s future creator fees. A public seven-day delay follows. The current payout wallet can veto or confirm it is active, and the Safe can withdraw the proposal. Anyone can execute it after the delay.

A self-claim, proposed payout handover or accepted handover cancels a pending takeover. A sponsored claim does not prove creator activity. Restarting a cancelled takeover requires seven new days. Previously earned fees stay with their earning wallet; taxes, allocations and locked liquidity stay unchanged.

This is an administrative process with a creator veto. It has no token voting quorum.

Opening surcharge

For the first 3 seconds after launch, with or without a creator purchase, ordinary buys and sells pay an additional tax: 99%, 49.5%, then 24.75% before a cap of 99% on hook fees. After 3 seconds the extra tax is zero. It follows the same creator, holders and liquidity split; Marvin stays at 0.5%.

No wallet has a special exemption. The atomic opening buy and internal liquidity reinvestment keep their existing fee treatment. Ordinary exact-output trades become available after the window ends. Launch and trade review disclose the applicable terms.

Launch a token

Enter the token details, taxes and allocation, choose whether to include an opening buy, then review and confirm in your wallet. Token tax rates and allocation are fixed at launch.

Demo markets contain illustrative data and do not support trading. Dev environments use test funds. Public trading and claims are not enabled yet.
