Using Marvin
These terms govern your use of the Marvin interface and related services (“Marvin”, “we”, “us”). By using Marvin, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and legally permitted to use the service where you live or act. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, sanctions and restrictions.
The interface and your wallet
Marvin provides software to discover tokens, prepare launches and interact with compatible blockchain contracts. Your wallet controls the signatures and transactions you authorize. Marvin does not hold your private keys or recovery phrase and cannot recover them or reverse confirmed blockchain transactions.
Before signing, review the network, token and contract addresses, recipients, amounts, approvals, fees, slippage and deadlines. Protect your wallet and devices. Never share a private key or recovery phrase with Marvin.
Demonstration markets contain illustrative data. Local development uses test funds on a private fork. An available preview or review screen does not mean public execution is enabled. See current availability.
Tokens, information and risk
Marvin is not an investment, financial, legal or tax adviser. Nothing on the interface is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold an asset. A listing, ranking, badge or graduation milestone is not an endorsement, verification of a creator, audit or assurance of value.
Tokens can be volatile, illiquid, malicious or worthless. You may lose all assets you use. Smart contracts, networks, wallets and supporting services can fail, be exploited or behave unexpectedly.
Prices, balances, charts, market capitalization, rewards and other displayed information may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Market capitalization does not represent cash available to sellers. A quote or simulation does not guarantee an execution price or successful transaction.
Launch terms, fees and rewards
Review the terms shown for the specific token and deployment. Creator taxes, their allocation, platform fees, opening-buy conditions and any opening surcharge affect what you spend or receive. Any applicable Uniswap protocol fee is included in your quote. Older tokens can retain different terms.
Token taxes and allocations become fixed at launch under the applicable contract. Payout changes and administrative mechanisms, where supported, follow that contract’s rules. Read Fees and rewards and the transaction review before committing funds.
Rewards and creator earnings depend on activity and contract conditions; they are not guaranteed returns. Displayed accruals are not a promise of payment timing or service availability. You are responsible for taxes and reporting associated with your activity.
Your content and conduct
You are responsible for token names, symbols, descriptions, artwork, links and other content you submit. You must have the rights to use it and must not impersonate another person, infringe rights or submit deceptive, illegal or malicious material.
You retain your rights in your content and give Marvin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, format and display it as needed to operate and protect the service. Published content and blockchain records may remain accessible outside our control.
Do not use Marvin for fraud, theft, market manipulation or other unlawful activity; distribute malware; evade access controls or rate limits; or interfere with other users or infrastructure. We may restrict interface access or remove content from surfaces we control for legal, security or operational reasons.
Independent services
Wallets, Arc, underlying protocols, RPC providers, explorers, hosting and storage services, and linked websites operate independently. Their availability, security and policies are their responsibility. Links and integrations do not imply endorsement.
A service outage can affect the interface even when a blockchain continues operating. Taking a token off the interface does not remove it from the blockchain or prevent independent interaction with its contracts.
Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Marvin is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted access, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from defects. Features may be changed, restricted or discontinued.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Marvin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by independent services, wallet compromise, network failures or market movements. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Marvin name, artwork and interface remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. Materials distributed under an open-source or third-party license remain governed by that license.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Changes apply prospectively; if you do not agree with updated terms, stop using Marvin. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the rest of these terms.
